Bonfire this weekend.

Register here for a Bonfire event. This money goes to wood and other logistic cost. This is also a meetup and a facebook event.

So the bonfire is a go, bring a log, some food, something to sit, BBQ stick, camera, water, plates, glasses, etc. to share. You can post here what you want to bring.

4:30 PM Party starts 
5:30 PM Food 
6:30 PM Fire Starts 
8:30 PM Cleanup Starts 
9:00 PM Party ends

I also want to mention some things important to everyone planing on attending.

1: There can be no alcohol allowed at all on the beach, and this is a strict rule.

2: We can't just be burning anything, untreated firewood is it basically.

3. Just keep things clean and safe and follow the beach rules, and we should be ok,

Either come early to set up this event or stay until the end to help cleanup. Or please pay for volunteers time who are doing it for you.

Exact location can only be posted on the same day depending on where we find a spot.

Some common sense:

1) RSVP is must: If you couldn't RSVP here, call me.

2) If you've to leave early, please leave quietly, DON'T ask other members to leave with you.

3) If you're planning to come with a date and sit in a corner, it'll make less sense to come to a group event.

Refunds: 

If we have paid for the city permit, than refund depends if city is refunding the money or not.
